Falls Creek Hotel

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the centre of a popular ski resort. The location was perfect, with two big ski lifts nearby, making it incredibly convenient to access the slopes. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing enough beds for the whole family. I especially appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, which saved us both time and money. this hotel provided great value for the price and offered everything we needed for a memorable skiing vacation.

Be Foodstore, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. The property had friendly people working there. Great location, Mount Hotham airport was 16 miles away❤

I loved the friendly staff who were always available to help me with anything I needed. The dining area was beautiful with a huge open fire and large windows displaying wonderful views. The food was excellent, especially the Thai red curry and the breakfasts. The rooms were cozy and clean with comfortable beds.

Located in the heart of the village, this hotel offers everything holiday goers need. Guests are welcomed by the vibrant and friendly staff, perfect for anyone excited to explore the area on the mountain. the rooms provide comfy and utilitarian accommodation, while the bar and restaurant areas serve up excellent food, with a variety of delicious chef specials. the stunning views from the bar and pool are an added advantage.

Some parents take advantage of the kids club, allowing their children to disturb other guests, taking away from the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The lockers in the lobby made storing our gear a breeze, and the included breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from the ski lifts and had stunning views from our room. Plus, the rooms were spacious and had enough beds for our entire family.

No negative aspects, everything was perfect.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a great value for money. The full food package keeps the little ones entertained while we enjoy the tasty meals. The hotel's location in the heart of the mountain allows easy access to ski school and other activities. The staff is helpful, providing good advice on nearby attractions and trails.

Wow, what a great trip! the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect , close to all the activities we wanted to try out. Plus, the rental shop had really good quality gear that was perfect for our needs. We also really enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant, especially the breakfasts , so tasty and filling!

The included meals , they weren't quite up to par, unfortunately. we did find some other options in the area that we enjoyed, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Our xmas vacation couldn't have been better thanks to this charming hotel. the ski-in/ski-out location was unbeatable. We loved that we could easily hit the slopes and come back for a quick rest in our cozy room. the kids' club dinner was a lifesaver, giving us some much-needed alone time while the little ones enjoyed themselves. The staff were exceptional and really made us feel at home. Lastly, the view from our room was breathtaking, it was a joy to wake up to.

Our stay was almost perfect, however, we did miss having a microwave in our room for quick snacks and meals. the heater in our room was challenging to operate, and some instructions would have been helpful.
